We need a product description from you based on your ideas. You can send a hand drawing, a reference product or a digital image for better visualisation. Ask for leather samples, which we will send you by mail for a fee. Together, we make sure right at the beginning that all important points are clarified in advance, before we start the process.

We come up with a professional design file for your custom leather product, commonly referred to as Tech Pack. This will include the designs, colors, and materials of the requested item. We compile a list of all the materials that are needed by our Factory to realize the final Product.Furthermore we will send you by airmail a color catalog of our available crocodile species and leather types

We create instructions for our craftmen the length, width and height for all parts of the desired item. Different sizes and designs require a lot of attention to detail, so that we satisfy our customers with our precision. An important step before making the first sample.

Now, based on the created data of your design, we can create your first sample. This is the ideal way to get a feel for the chosen designs and selected leather, to make any adjustments before going into bulk production. After the sample is created, it will be sent to you per Airmail.This is a crucial point before you move to bulk production of your design.

After you decide on the perfect sample, we are ready to integrate the design into the production line at our leather factory for bulk / single piece production. We watch upon the custom leather production process to secure as well as manage it.

We inspect each bulk / single piece production batch at our leather manufacturing company for any possible issues. We want you to deliver a perfect leather product for your own brand or for the individual private customer  and we are helping you to achieve it.

Please send us a colour sample of your desired colour by parcel. We have a wide range of special colours already in stock. We will compare your colour sample with our stock of crocodile skins and send you a sample of our similar colours. If the matching colour is not available, we will consult with our tannery. See point tannery.

If we do not have the same colour in stock or if you have a request for a special colour, we will ask our in-house tannery if we produce an almost identical colour at the moment or if a separate tanning has to be carried out for the special colour.

The minimum quantity for custom skin colors are 3 skins with a  a surcharge of 15 % on the value of the goods

The seam colors can be matched tone on tone with the leather. Likewise, for unique pieces per piece, the seam color can be color-coordinated with the individual piece as desired.

The lining leather can be selected in their desired color leather color. Likewise, in addition to calfskin, crocodile leather, lizard leather and ostrich leather are also available. 

The leather straps can be adapted to the original clasp of the watch model. Likewise, we offer individual clasps that can be handmade especially for you in Germany and Hong Kong upon request. Upon request, we will be happy to refine your clasps as well as the bezel with diamonds and sapphires in our jewelry manufactory.
